LISTING PHOTOS: $200 for up to 25 images (shoots exceeding 25 photos = $8/additional photo)
VIDEOS 1-3 MIN: $350 (homes over 3,000 sq ft = $400)
3D SCANS: $225 (additional fees apply for customization)
EXTRA SERVICES
FLOOR PLANS: $75 ($20 if included with Matterport Scan)
DRONE PHOTOS: $135 for up to 10 photos ($50 if added to listing photos. Drone images count toward initial 25 photos)
TWILIGHT PHOTOS: $135 for up to 5 photos (shoots exceeding 5 photos= $10/additional photo)
IMAGE SLIDESHOW VIDEO: $120 (1-3 min video using listing photos)
DRONE VIDEO: $150 (30 sec-1 min video of exterior drone footage)
SKY SWAP: $3/photo (change overcast sky to sunny background)
FIREPLACE: $3/photo (add fire to into fireplace)
RUSHED DELIVERY: $50 to deliver same day
RE-VISITS: $50 fee added if requested to return for additional service
CANCELLATIONS: $40 fee for cancellations within 48 hrs of scheduled appointments
